Ya dunno who ethen is, but if he has bought it from me he has an email address to email me about any problems just like all my other customers do.

If you haven't bought it off me then #killall and clicking on the yes button will work for you.

#killall doesn't have a confirmation, at least not in my zMUD version (I sure use it enough).
