I used to play all the time. I've got an Ixi I was training for the Battledoem who's probably currently starving.

Put him in a hotel (there's one for 5 np a day) and it'll get him full up in like a couple minutes.

Mine has a Beekadoodle. He could have Ixion disemboweling him and he'd be perfectly happy.

I know when I'm mudding, I don't notice I'm hungry. I guess the pets are the same. As long as they are entertained, they don't mind starving.

I didn't log in for a year, the pets stayed. So, that's just a rumor. I'd just a Lusternian guild, I could help out with an Adoption Agency.

I think you're thinking of the new neopet, the Lutari. And I haven't logged onto on of my accounts for basically 2-3 years and I still have my pets.

No, see, there was this really old case about this Glowing Jubjub that ran away from an account into the pound. This was ages back though, before they even had the "last logged in" thing going on. Maybe it only happens to sad pets?

Hehe, this topic made me giggle because before I went back to school I got hooked on neopets again for about a week. I've got a few pets and a big house (that's not really furnished that much). It's fun for about a month, but then I get bored for a year or two and don't log in.

I play mostly for my shop now, and I like to collect things. I might play the games if I'm bored, they are good games to waste time if you don't feel like MUDding. The non-war plots are fun to play through, they keep making the puzzles harder and harder to solve...
