I just realised I haven't changed my description since I reincarnated back to Elfen. I thought about rewriting it myself but I know what that'd sound like and I think I'm tired of the way I write descriptions. So I'll list the influences that helped shape my mental image of Anarias and you can post your attempt at a description. Whichever one I use will get two shiny new credits. Deal?
This is what inspired how I want the hair to look.
Anarias is a bit more masculine than this but its still pretty close.
Naturally Anarias is close in template to the Tolkienesque elf.
Generally, the colour scheme for Anarias is orange and green. He has orange(ish?) eyes and hair specifically.

No and no.

I will do it for five credits. If interested contact me in game.
Samples of my descriptions:
Revised Furrkin--
Concept: Red Fox Furrikin.
Theme: Feral Courtier
He is a bouncing furrikin covered in thick, russet fur from head to toe. He face is a lovely fox-like snout that ends in a petite black nose and grinning canines. Well-groomed curls of cream-white fur extend from his chin to mid-chest, like a fancy cravat. Eyes, the green of verdant forests, sparkle with mischief and a hint of feral cunning. His lithe furred arms terminate in fingers bearing long curving claws, daily sharpened and fastidiously clean.
Bookbinding Designs--
Examined:
This elegant scroll of crisp white vellum is bordered by an arabesque of tiny silver leaves. The slightly luminescent vellum is as smooth as silk, yet exceptionally resilient, a testament to quality craftsmanship. On the bottom right of the scroll, an imposing ebony ‘R’ circumscribed by a square has been scribed with delicate calligraphy. When held up to the light, the pale watermark of a panther under a moon is revealed. A cord of night black leather, sparkling with motes of silver, serves to bind the scroll.
Examined:
This long scroll of eggshell white is formed from delicate paper slightly rough to the touch. Minute green fibers in the paper indicate the scroll was crafted from river reeds. Pale black watercolors describe symbols of joy and harmony around the border. The authors name is signed here in block-like calligraphy penned with vibrant red ink. On the reverse is the magnificent charcoal sketch of a crane about to take flight, its wingtips brushing the edges of the scroll. Thick precision strokes of charcoal give the crane a startlingly life-like appearance, displaying the art of a master. A ring of thick green jade, carved with symbols of good fortune, serves to hold the scroll furled.

Which I also contribute to. However making something specific for a client takes more time and effort in addition to the back-and-forth revision process with the client to suit his needs.

One of the beautiful things about business is negotiation. If you are still interested, we can chat in game.

10 credits, 5 credits, just for a few lines of text not even a system? No no, write it yourself. I'm not very creative but I can usually come up with something for my personal use. You can do it!

I know I can do it, I just have a lot of other things to do that are more pressing. And I'd only pay 2 max.

Ill give it a try, just havent been too good with descriptions lately. If you like what I can offer I dont care for the credits.

I was joking >.> (thought the kabobs would have made that obvious...) I wouldn't want to write someone else's desc, especially since they do it pretty well on their own. I don't really see what's all that wrong with Anarias' current desc, to be honest. Elfen have a thing for wierd tints on their skin (from what I've seen) and I've even commented to Sarin about making leather from Elfen hides for that very reason

My current description is fine for a mugwump and could probably pass as Elfen too. I'm not going to continue using it though because its the description I had as a merian/mugwump. When I created my character though, my original race was Elfen and my description followed the guidelines that I posted here initially. Since I've returned to Elfen form, I wanted an updated version of my original description. If I actually had the original on hand I probably would have used it instead.

If you posted it in the forums, it should still be here, shouldn't it?

Elfen IS a valid commodity for designs! Go-go Elfen skin scrolls!

After searching through all my old posts I have determined that the original description is not on the forums.
However, to reference obscurity, there was a statue of me four rooms north from the Pool of Stars for a fairly long time just after the game opened. If anyone looked at the statue while logging... yeah I know how miniscule the chances are there.

appears before you with only a few traits that could be considered beyond the ordinary. Hair, the hue of pale flame, rises above his head into various, separated points, reflecting an image of Father Sun's own crown set upon a mortal's brow. His skin is lightly tanned, shaped into features that whisper of mild androgyny, which frame eyes that seem to crackle like forest fire--flecks of green drowning in a tempest of shades of orange. Faint discoloration can be seen along either side of his neck, in the form of three thin, horizontal scars.
