It's like internet radio on major steroids. Mucho good. The only downside is that you have to give it feedback and feedbacking it takes a couple weeks before you start regularly giving it the thumbs up as opposed to "NO EWWW WHAT IS THIS EXCREMENT!?" but it's worth it, I think.

I'm addicted to this site. It's where I can get my fill of my Epica, Within Temptation, After Forever, Penumbra, The Rasmus, Elis, Nightwish, Lacuna Coil, etc addictions.

For me it's where I discovered Within Temptation, Leaves' Eyes, Nightwish and co.

Last.fm is another great website for music. It's less user friendly than Pandora, but has a larger selection of bands.

So far in just a few minutes, Pandora has already introduced me to new bands that I very much like. Yay for The Dresden Dolls as my first input

From the bands mentioned here, I'd guess no.
