Ever notice how much time you actually spend in the myriad villages that dominate Lusternia? Newbies are told simply don't go there, don't do that, and you get the feeling that prime is more restrictive than anything with all the claims the varias orgs put on those said villages. You can't really bash them, you can't really enter them, you can't even do comm quests for them unless you want five enemy statuses....
So here is my idea. Every third of a Lusternian year, a random village just says to hell with it and our overlords and throws off the reins of their controller and stays independant until their time is done. So, one village would constantly be out of play, meaning you can bash there, get comms there, do quests there -without being attacked or branded-. I'm sick and tired of unknowing novices constantly having to essentially live in their cities for the first 50 levels of their life... We built this huge world, lets use it...

We tell people to stay out villages of Cities/Communes that are allied to a certain Org, its for their own safety and so they dont accidentally do something that gives them a consequance they probably wont know how to undo for awhile.
Hunting the villagers? Are you kidding? Why would we want to? Those who kill villagers -cannot- influence them when the time comes of a revolt without getting Amnesty or completly unenemied to said village. And why shouldnt it be that way, if someone killed you, are you -going- to let them influence you into following an organization that had let them kill you?
Comm quests, I dont see why anyone would have problems with that. Its commodities you dont have to work for, but your organization benifits from it.
There is only one organization that can sit in their commune and level nicely till level 50, and thats Glomdoring and their lucky bountiful Commune (Their Crow users need the corpses for their nests so it all works out). Magnagora goes to the Spectre Isle, which is outside and easily reached by anyone and they have Earth to their use. Celest has the supplicant quest which means they have to leave the city confines to reach the basic component of the quest and they have Water. Serenwilde..well..Serenwilde has their..deer? Then, though its horribly slow, they all have rats and weevils which most shy away from anyways.
There are tons of places outside of their Commune/City they can go, Tidal Flats, the Highways, the Mountains, if theyre careful they can go to the Valley beside Serenwilde, theres the one just outside Celest, SHallach Ruins for Orcs.

Some people aren't influencers, or even city influencers at that. As for easy hunt, most cities have transportion to their hunting areas or it is within walking distance of their said city. And truth be told, any can hunt the Glomdoring swamp just like anyone can hunt the Isle of Spectres, cities might claim it, but they have no way of influencing their power there. The swamp isn't protected by totems, it isn't a "forest" persay, as the isle isn't Magnagora proper but rather just a tainted island.

Wrong. The swamp is Glomdoring territory--it has the benefit of org conglut, therefore it is theirs.

I think the IC politics should change a bit, so that people are more willing to have random people do trade in their villages.

Turbid marsh.
The bright sun shines down, blanketing you with its life-giving warmth. Reeds and bulrushes form a barrier around this grass island in the middle of the swamp. The tall blades stretch five to six feet above the water, some bending over as they grow, others stretching upwards with their seed-covered tips. The water is brown and congealed, filled with a mat of dead grasses and other decaying organic matter. Insects flit through the air and across the water, leaving small ripples as they move. A slithering ooze slops and squirms here.
You see exits leading east and northwest.

You discern:
You are standing in Glomdoring Forest.
Your environment conforms to that of wyrden woods.
You are in the Prime Material Plane.
So, um, yeah. No totems there, but we could put guards if we wanted to, and enemies of the Glomdoring have no Avenger protection in the Swamp. Not really sure how that means we can't "influence our power there".

God what a sucky job. Guarding a swamp.
If I were a glomdoring guard and I were told to guard a swamp I'd be so upset.

...How longs the average job expectancy without being sucked in? 6 hours?
