Okay, I can't contain my curiousity or pleasure at going to and finally working in a haunted house. Here in Las Vegas, we've got an amazing haunted house called the Asylum, which I volunteer work at. It is just a rush to work there.
In the Asylum, I worked the "Chain Reaction" room which is a room filled with chain link fences that has strobe lights going. My sister and I worked it together, and we were twins. We just scared the :censore: out of people. Of course we had our share of assholes, but that's to be expected of any thing like this.
So, tell your stories of going through an amazing haunted house or working there.

I'm actually not a huge fan of horror or being scared on purpose. I still admire the mechanics that go on in a haunted house, though. Every haunted house I've been in, it's only because my family/friends forced me to go. If I wasn't such a wimp, I'd probably enjoy them a lot more. It's cool when they have real actors instead of robots/machines (except when they choose to scare me ><).

if you really want to be spooked... read "1408" by Stephen King.
