So... does anyone know how much the various levels of exp bonus actually give? For instance, is level 3 a 5% bonus? Is a harmony blessing 10%?

Human bonus is 20%

At level 80, as a human with harmony and Autumn up, I got 1% after 7 guards doing Influencing... Hope that helps.
