For all those stat-obsessed (never thought I'd end up being one myself, but there you go)
The figures I'm getting (n=1054) suggest these average ranges (the distribution is non-standard, with a majority of swords being in the ranges described - anything outside these ranges is 'good' in the statistical sense, not in terms of effective quality):
Damage: 44-71 (Mean 57.37, Std Dev. 13.70)
Precision: 129-169 (Mean 149.02, Std Dev. 19.80)
Speed: 215-256 (Mean 235.80, Std Dev. 20.49)
The cap ranges, or the max/min of what I've forged, however (this is what most people will be interested in when purchasing, as it should hopefully give some idea of stat combinations), are the following:
Damage: 33-126 (highest damage sword was 126/131/216)
Precision: 93-221 (highest precision sword was 76/221/155)
Speed: 155-280 (highest speed/precision combination was 33/179/279, followed by 33/165/280)
Speed over 270 occurred in 5.1% of cases, speed over 275 in 3.1% of cases, and speed at 280 in 1.9% of cases.
Precsion over 180 occurred in 6.1% of cases, precision over 190 in 1.9% of cases, and precision over 200 happened in 0.38% of cases.
Total cap appeared to be 487, with the lowest total recorded at 377.
Just a FYI for those interested.
