If I bought credits OOCly on a character, am I allowed to transfer them to another? For lessons and money, specifically. I can see how it's a no-no with IC-earned credits, since that's multiplaying, but I'm unsure in this case.

Yes, if they are OOC bought you can transver between characters. They're yours so you can do whatever you want with them.

Yep Sarv got it. OOC credits you can do anything with, even eat them like candy.
