So, I've gotten an uber secret alt. I want said alt to have the system I have- all of the aliases. I can just delete and druid stuff I have.

The problem is, nothing's working.

I was told to 'export settings', create a new character (from the whole 'OPEN' thing in the FILE menu..), then IMPORT those settings again. The settings were .txt, and NOTHING was imported.

So, I tried doing it the easy way. Copy, paste, rename one.

I started on this different one, but any editings I make are carried to both.

Needless to say, I'm pissed off that I have to fix all of my pipes now.

So, yes, please help!

For my uber secret alts I load the same settings for Anaria but then save them as a different name so as not to have any cross-editing.

Load character, Settings, load Shaddai's settings, Settings, save as blah.

Maybe its just prompt trigger not working?
Maybe you need to add or remove linebreak from prompt for your uber secret alt?

You need to make a character profile that uses the other .mud file as it's primary settings. Also, when you import a text file, use the Import -> Script (ASCII) option. Exporting and then re-importing won't always work, though. zMUD has a few quirks that you may need to adjust the exported script for first, and it's just not worth it.

I recommend loading your other .mud over export/import if you want everything. Export/import tends to have issues at times, such as when it enables all disabled triggers and the like
