Hello!

I was wondering if it would be possible to code in some way to sort messages? Maybe put in a keyword system or something where you can search for a phrase or certain word? I mean, I know my messages don't number near some other people's but I've got over 300, and when I want to reread one in particular, looking through them all is a pain. Even on the website.

Maybe some command like 'message search (word or phrase)' and it'll scan through your messages for ones that match and tell you the numbers or something?

Prolly a horrid idea, but one I had and thought I'd share. biggrin.gif

Do you honestly need those 300 messages or do you just keep them for the hell of it? I delete messages after I get them.

Well, some of them are system messages I could probably get rid of, but they're a minority. Most of my messages, especially lately, involve guild matters and so on that I'd like to be able to find quickly later when I need to (notice I didn't say if! laugh.gif ). I'd print them out or something, but I don't have a printer. sad.gif

I have over three thousand messages. I wonder if lusty would run faster if we all deleted our messages.

I have so many, I simply can't be arsed to delete them. How about a deleteall function?? -That- would be useful.

Actually, a deleteall function would be wonderful. This needs to be looked at.

I don't want to delete all my messages, just find the one I'm looking for without a lot of effort. happy.gif

Could be like the Log Keyword function.

I just do DM all every so often. My messages usually consist of things decaying, favours, and people sending me links

Copy and paste your important messages to a text file and use Ctrl+F.
