Many of us had originally thought we'd just need to have a design into the Charites by the deadline, but now it's got to be an approved design. The question is, will the Charites and co. go through the pending designs and approve them? I wanted to know if I should go submit some already accepted designs, or if I still have time to enter in new ones?
