This event is such crap though - Kaervas just scaled the mountains, and became immune to 99% of the players. Sooo lame

How do you scale mountains? Is it an environment ability?

I totally gave up with about ten minutes left in the event. I suck! But the last minute turn-around was really nifty! Good going!

I....... can't complain. Ignore the above rant. What we did was just as lame as what he did, but in the name of Chaos, I guess all is fair.

That was crazy, I ended up following and defending Kaervas, and in the last 30 seconds, we got jumped, and even thought I wailed on Malicia, he still died.

They may or may not get powers, but that won't be revealed until after the final challenge.

I'm guessing that if a majority of the winners of the Seals don't compete in the final event, then there will be no power. If a majority of the winners do compete, then the medallions will get powers.

I got it first.. and hten dropped it because I lagged up and got an extra hamster.

Oh well, that was nothing like expected. It popped up in the same couple of zones repeatedly and then didn't even move out of people's inventory or anything.. Way too easy

You should ask those who held it longer than 10 minutes how "way too easy" it was!

Perhaps if we do this again, we'll make further tweaks to it, but overall I thought this went down pretty well. I was especially shocked by the turnaround at the last minute!

What surprises me is that the event is finished (it is, right?) and there are almost no whines on this thread yet.

I guess. I just had this wildly different vision of the event, which is my fault

It was expecting this thing to jump in and out of people's inventory and running around and everyone chasing after it to the tune of "Yakety Sax" and it teleporting around.

Instead it was more PK oriented "oh god he's got it CHASE HIM. wait why isn't highjump working wtf he disappeared when i pulled him down what's going on oh god celest.".

So it fell from Kaervas's corpse and got picked up? Please say no.. that would incredibly lame if so.. When Morshoth was slain, it popped up in Zoaka...
