While thinking about things I like about a game that shall not be named I thought it might be interresting to have a system to ease conflict in Lusternia towards enemying and stuff
an affliation system (like orders have)
A few things I thought about:
WAR: Costs 10,000 power to establish to the one declaring war. When one organisation declares war on another, the members of both organisations are considered enemies (enemy territory ruleset, guards attack except when on an ally list, being effected by discretionary powers) regardless of being enemied individually. ((Newbies under grace are unaffected by this setting))
SURRENDER: costs free, one organisation offers surrender to the other that is at war with them, when the other accepts the war is over.
AFFLIATION: Costs 50,000 power to both organisations to establish. members of these organisations conglutinate in both territories and hear eachoter's loyals call for help over a common 'battle' channel. When one organisation declares war, the other does as well.
NEUTRAL: Costs Free, The organisation breaks the affliation .
There where a few others that proposed Trade agreement, but I have no idea what that would give.
this system would also introduce an official ally list that would work similar to the enemy list.
Anyway I'm sure there tons of reasons why this is a bad idea, let the critisism begin! (preferbly constructive)

I like it, actually. Not sure how much it'd be used, but it'd be neat to have the option to use. Would reduce the "So and so is allied with blahblah" "We are not" arguments

I would love a "soldier" option or something... Taking it makes makes other people who have taken the "soldier" option to PK you on prime with no avenger during war states. Would make wars (and order wars) a whole more intestesting

SURRENDER: costs free, one organisation offers surrender to the other that is at war with them, when the other accepts the war is over.
Alternatively, conditions, such as gold, power, commodities, and other things may be added.

Recommendations in bold. Other than that, I like it.
