I have noticed a few people are using the MudBot over here, and while I asked this in another thread, I would like to do so again on it own and hopefully get more people using this excellent addition to your mudding experience.
Does anybody have an IMap file for me! While manually mapping myself would probably be a good thing, having one right now so I no longer get hopelessly lost would be a very good thing.
Keeping my fingers crossed here.
Thanks in advance.

There's one on this website: http://www.freewebs.com/heliomance/
I don't use it personally so I can't comment on its completeness.

OMG! You have just saved me a whole load of headaches! Thankyou!

Okay so I've tried adding new areas on the IMAP myself but I just don't have the time anymore so if someone is willing to map the new areas (everything since gorgogs) I'd be willing to pay you some credits for it

I can't say when, though I will eventually be mapping whatever isn't already done. When such time comes I will post it on this thread.
If you can get someone else to do it, go ahead, as I, at this stage am unable to give a completion date on it.

*wry*
You need to read your own threads better.
I told you in the thread you introduced yourself on that I had an IMAP.
Owell. The one you found is probably better.

Why is it that everytime I ask for help with something, some random person sees it as a money making opportunity? If I was prepared to buy, I would have said as much.
I freely offer my own work on these forums for absolutely no charge at all and would never even think of asking for payment.
My IMap for Aetolia runs into over 12,000 rooms and you know how much I charge? Absolutely nothing.
Really, guys, it is pretty bad form in my eyes when half my time goes into offering what work I do to make it available free of charge for the masses, and this happens.
I am not singling you out here either, Shamarah, you are the 9th person who has tried to sell me something in half as many days and it really needs to stop.

Slightly OT, but seeing as we're talking IMTS and costless here.. I also couldn't start a new topic for some reason..
With some help from Whyte himself, I have started making modifications to the IMapper module (the core and ILua module as well), for it to work better with Lusternia. I have added three blocking messages (two doors and ringwalk), fixed position updating when following, fixed room title parsing when flying and walking in the canopy and I added support for Lusternia's special ATCP values. Is this of interest to someone? Or have all my work been in vain just because I didn't look for an existing LMapper?

It has always been my firm belief, Crox, that any project that one is working on, whether it is simply to pass time, or rather actively learning something, is never a waste of time. The IMTS Project is a very interesting one for sure, I dabbled with it briefly, though gave up when I hit a brick wall with regards to all the ATCP codes.
I am not sure if you are aware, but there is an awful lot. Most are used with regards to the nexus client. If you can locate the individual threads, ATCP actually sends out a lot of rather handy data. (Current/Max HP etc, Exp) Loads of things, so for this alone I think it would definetly be worth it.
If you were looking for a project partner for it, do let me know (so long as you can solve the ATCP problem I had) I have many years experience in programming languages, so I am sure I could be of some use, heh.
Again, it is a very worthwhile project to get involved in and I would most definetly say stick with it.

Great, great. I did solve the ATCP issue, allthough it was quite a hassle to get it to transfer the values correctly into ILua.
I thought I'd branch of IMapper into LMapper. A much needed change since the way the two MUDs work differs quite alot sometimes. However, I consider myself more lucky than skilled to have gotten it all to work since I've never coded in C specifically before. Therefor I'd need a partner in crime for backup to start a project like this. If you're up for it and have experience with this language, sweet! I'll contact you in a PM.
