When a design comes back approved, the person who submitted it should get a message from the system ("Your design for a lute-shaped basket in clan Gorseddau has been approved.") and an entry should be added to the cartel log as well. Rejections should do the same (not sure if they do already, not had one yet). This has to be pretty easy to code.

I like this, but it'd be nice if you could configure it on and off. Personally, I'd use it, and love it.
