Umm, no. I don't think I even need to tell you why, but besides summoning away spectres, which is part of deep bonding making for nihilists, 2p would be way to little for either of these skills. Besides starhymn has enough nice skills in it. Sorry, I am sure others will tell you no way too though.

The spectres part is good flavor. I don't think it was intended to or would actually empty the isle of spectres.

The mass reckless/lust afflict is a bit much. Interesting choice of afflicts though - why those two, specifically? What sort of combination with your other skills were you looking for with this proposal?

I don't really see a problem with the second one - compare to Gedulah/Green, which are 3p for any two afflictions. Still... I can't see preferring it to Gedulah/Green very often. Maybe if you had all three afflictions, and needed a prioritized Gedulah/Green, or only had 2p.

Recklessness, because of the restlessness, and lust to the singer so they cannot also target the source of their recklessness. Imagine, a group of enemies around you, and while you sing this song, they become blood raged, reckless, and you become for a moment, defended not by any shield, but because you are the one that is fueling their reckless rage, and you are invincible for that.
