Nature Guard would be far more useful if it could be refreshed without having to wait for it to expire. The reason I say this is because when a room's guard expires at an odd time (like 6am US Eastern), it becomes hard to keep that place guarded from certain others who wait until the guard expires to strip the herbs. Allowing for Nature Guard to be refreshable would in no way make it overpowered. Actually, it may even help the earwort supply since it would then be possible to keep it constantly guarded (I have an issue as it is keeping the merbloom around. Demesnes keep killing it off and others keep coming in at off hours and stripping it or harvesting to low amounts and the demesnes kill it).
In addition, Nature Guard should show up in surveying for those who possess the skill, and so should Nature Growth. It would be even more useful if Nature Growth could be locked in with Nature Guard to keep the plants growing at an accelerated pace.

i kind of wish Nature guard would extend to two month or even a year! I dont want it to last a month, it rather tiresome to do it too often.

Especially when guarding 50+ rooms. That's 25% reserves.. that's quite a bit, considering someone else could come along and keep it at the 10 minimum. All that power wasted..

Actually people have been talking about trying to get nature guard to last an IC year. With the change to it already (where anyone can harvest guarded plants, but they cannot harvest below 10), this would help alot of herbs especially earwort from certain herb strippers (and no I do not mean Krellan)
So talk to your envoys, and support a Nature Guard change, it is good for all you Herbalists.

woot i finally got to harvest 3 earwort...yay...this stuff gets stripped all the time. I don't bother guardin it anymore cause it's too hard to track the rooms i'm in with those crazy mountains
@zacc if you just use the NATURE GUARD command it tells you if a room is guarded. just don't have any mistletoe out. it will also say how much loner left, and nature growth also lets you know if it's been growthed. putting it in survey would just be way more convient.
nature growth should last as long as guard. if you're tryin to cultivate something it's already tiresome enouh to guard it once every 34 hours. but then tryin to growth it every hour?
