Really though.. given that Lusternia doesn't support rogues, and no org would allow Illithoids in.. I can't see them becoming playable.

They're pro-power. Kethuru trying to destroy / consume Magnagora != power. This means they would work against Kethuru, not every Soulless in general. Especially as the Illithoids are trying to work with them, not eat them.
