I am just asking, because....I have been forging for a long time now, and the stats are REAL crap. If I say crap, I mean crap. Nearly none of 'em don't pass the 463 mark, not even with my hammer. I am used to being a -bit- unlucky with forging, but what I got the last few days was not even lowbie weapon stuff.

So, was the forging code touched or changed or something in the last few days? 'cause it's really starting to go to me down that I haven't been able to bash the last week or so.

I don't forge on the scale that you do but I've noticed it being harder to get decent newbie weapons now as compared to a month or two ago when last I felt crazy enough to forge.

Please tell me its just Ashteru having bad luck!

Nothing is in the log for the forging source code file since April 2nd.

I have similiar bad luck. 90% of reforgings isnt in 463 total stats range.

And i got quite a lot of master weapons below 420 stats

So are we really so unlucky?

Obviously the random generator code is based on the date, and late may is a time for low numbers Everybody, bet the first quarter of the roulette table!

Yeah it sucks. I forged a 235 scim on the first forge a month ago not even trying for max prec, and yet last time it took about 400 forges, go figure.

Meh.. nothing amazing but Lisarel forged my armour and both turned out pretty friggin' good i think on first attempts.

So is the bad luck only with weaps?
