Keep in mind this story was written as a product of an exhausted mind. It's extremely messed up...even I recognize that. I'm sorry if it portrays the Kephera and/or Illithoid in a bad or just weird light, the plot bunny just jumped into my head one day and wouldn't leave me alone until I wrote this out.

Yeah, that's a bit...strange...though it makes me wonder what kind of sensation an Illithoid would get from having the Inner Worm touched. Then again, I don't think I wanna know.

I know there were a few comments about all the potentially lewd things that could be said about the "inner worm."
I think this is the first instance in which they've actually been brought to fruition.
Well-written, and well worth the effort it will take to bleach my brain of those images.

An interesting tale. Makes me wonder if that Keph is related to Narsrim with her ability to kill a childlike creature with such impunity though. Not even Kharaen's that cruel.

The Inner Worm is basically an illithoid's "soul" or appropriate bit in place of it. If your soul dies, your body dies, yes?
