Sorry if this has been asked before, but there was something at the end of HELP PROMOTIONS that I wasn't quite clear on. There's one list of requirements for promotion to Godhood, and another one for High Ephemeral Promotions to a Minor God. Does that basically mean you start as an Ephemeral, then go to High Ephemeral, and then finally to an Elder God/Minor God? Or are there two different classes of Ephemerals?

There are 2 different Ephemeral levels: You start off as an Ephemeral, and after enough work and progress you can become an Arch Ephemeral (basically an Ephemeral with slightly more responsibility). Arch Ephemerals must then put in more work and show more dedication to become an Elder God.

Are there people who just decide to stay as Ephemerals cause the work appeals to them or something?

Probably not. They're called Ephemerals after all.

Nope. The work you do as an ephemeral you also do as a god/admin...only more of it.

AKA Ephemerals that Elostian keeps in the walls of his Cathedral to chant things and Ephemerals that Estarra occasionally frees so they can team up with Viravain to pwn mortals in free-for-alls.

Ephemeral, not ephermal!! Auuugh.

I fixed it! I never even noticed the difference in spelling. You know, I read "prefect" as "perfect" until the fifth Harry Potter book came out and then I was like "Huh... that doesn't say perfect..."

Haha I've been pronouncing it that way ever since I first read the word. Guess I should pay more attention to things >.> Oops

It's easy to say because the first two syllables are letters. F-M-err-ull.

Me too...
Me reading: "Why the heck is Percy "a perfect"? Sounds like everyone hates him anyways..."

My problem isn't pronouncing it. Now that you pointed it out, I can see it. My problem was reading it, my mind translated it as ephermal, since our minds only read the beginning and end of words and glance through the middle or something like that.
