On Aetolia (and maybe other IRE muds?) they have projects for clans, would we be able to get that? I'm not sure of coding, but projects for city/guild seems rather limited to me for information that is best kept unknown to newish people. I've idea'd it anyway, but what do people think?

Doesn't seem all that necessary to me. Just hand out scroll editing privs to those who need them. And dedicate some clan scrolls to it.
