A couple of ideas to make life easier for order-people.

Firstly - make it possible to make projects for Inner, Middle, and Outer circles, (using ORDERI, ORDERM, and ORDERO) - I'd suggest having it all as one order priv though)

Secondly - make OHELPS seperable by circle (OIHELP, OMHELP, OOHELP?).

These would make organising things for orders much, much easier.

I think making OWHO work like gwho/cwho does in that it shows that there are X people on other planes would be nice as well.

I especially like the second idea. Not that I've been a font of help files recently, but the times that I am, being able to restrict access by circle would be great.
