Health - 800 galingale, 200 sargassum, 100 juniper, 100 yarrow

Sanguine - 500 chervil, 500 yarrow

Bromide - 300 rosehips, 300 marjoram, 300 weed, 200 calamus, 200 reishi

Quicksilver - 400 kafe, 400 pennyroyal, 400 sage, 100 mercury

Mana - 600 marjoram, 400 flax, 100 reishi, 100 kafe

Increase your alchemy skill, and I'll probably be using you a lot more.
