The fountain is crafted from a bluish-white marble shot through with deep veins
of gold. Sculpted in a perfect circle, the fountain is relatively shallow, and a
column rises up elegantly from the center upon which rests a marble vase. Out of
the vase cascades sparkling liquids that splash into the fountain, occasionally
sending bubbles floating up into the air. A lambent light glows within the
waters, slowly changing their colour throughout the spectrum of the rainbow.
It weighs about 375 pounds.
The poison dulak sloshes about in it.

if it's empty it's empty. I've never actually tried probing but it fills up with randomness every first of the month. 5 vials worth

Only 5 fills a month, and it tends to be empty on the first month.
