Finally, some monk logs. Can someone explain how grapples work? Apparently you writhe once and if it goes through in time you writhe out of all grapples. While grappled, is it like being webbed or more like being clamped? Is it possible to "writhe grapple"?

How do you read those things with the center alignment?
