Ok so here is the thing... I need some advice. Recently, I'm just not feeling the Celestines anymore. I love being in the Celestines Guild, and I really enjoy the RP therein, but after taking time to work on the church rp stuff, I really have a new outlook on things I think. Don't get me wrong, I love being Celestine, but I am just not enjoying myself anymore. Being Simimi is just kind of boring now. I know that is no one's fault but my own, but still, humor me.

One day, something happened to Simimi, and it really impacted her decisions. I really want to learn to pvp, but not at the expense of pushing the rabid militarism that Celest seems to be about now. Sure, I could defend, and chill in the arena, but who wants to do that? I keep thinking I have kind of reached the penacle of my power as a Celestine. I have no will to try for GM or GA, as I do not think it is something I would be suited for. I am torn...

Part of me wants to change guilds and mix it up, get some new skills and try something new. Every time I alt about in Celest, I think "Damn this would be awesome as Mimi!" mostly because Simimi has a lot of useful non-guild skills (trans res/planar, etc). Everything sort of appeals to me in its own way, which is a huge problem. Being a Paladin AL would be cool, just for having a ridiculously huge (think tactics rpg huge) axe. Aquamancer appeals to me for the awesome pve aspects of it, seems like it would make bashing a bit more fun, rather than the healing-scroll whoring fest that it is now. Being Cantor would be fun, I think, because I could have an instrament (yay for weapon that does not die when a supernal does...) and I would be able to defend and support without feeling like I pissed away creds on skills I may not ever use. I don't know, maybe I'm just thinking too much into this, could just be a general bout of 'meh'. Who knows?

Anyway, help me decide what to do with Mimi? Give advice? How could I better my RP do you think? Put forth ideals on RP things you think would be cool to see?

NOTE FOR ARIX: As of right now, 'going to mag/glom/seren' really isn't do able. As much as I bitch about life in Celest sometimes (especially true on IRC) I love it there, and can't see myself losing my mates in the city. But you are free to present an argument on why I should change city and try to convince me!

This is more a collecting advice poll; I am not sure I will actually make a change yet, but this has been driving me mad recently. I've been wracking my brain over this for almost 2 weeks.

Also, I think being Dracnari could be a part of my unhappyness with being Celestine and such, but I really can't see an RP reason to change race, consider Mimi is all about being Dracnari, and everytime I get to talk to the Nomads it makes me happy, and I get to get my arse kicked by people like Kalodan and consider it RP (since I Roly deserved said arse kicking).

But what do you mean by water priestess? Preach about water and faith at the same time? O.o I still plan on running the church, my little baby, regardless of what I do, but still...

But if the church focused on Water principles instead of Light/Supernals, then life would be grand.

But it couldn't... That is not how it worked in the records we have. I just do not see that being justifiable ICLY... Feel free to toss about ideas though.

I chose both Other's, here's why...

First off, I really couldn't picture Jasato as anything BUT a Celestine. It's rather ironic, cause my original character design of him was neutral aspects of it all. Thing is, the skills fit decently enough, but he has to follow suit of the matter of the guild, city, -and- order.

As for Simimi, this is openly your choice. I couldn't really see her anything other then Celestine, honestly. Thing is, once you find that thing that you are looking to complete in your Celestine time, what then? Always leaves room to move on, really. So try out PvPing, village influencing, etc etc. See where your passion/calling is as a Celestine. If it doesn't work, then go for another guild, see how that works.

On the second other, again, go PvP, Influence, heck go for Demi! Why not? Give yourself a small goal to complete. Start off small, then work your way up.

Notice above where I mentioned how posts saying, "GO HERE" without any reason why would be frowned upon? Way to read the thread friend.

Again, Go Geo. We have Warlord Revan, Veonira, Kharaen, Gabranth, the ever snuggly bunny Reiha, and a very strong presence in the city. There is a lot of interguild interaction in Magnagora you don't see in Celest. In short, Go Geo. We also have a very strong group of talented creative types.

Oh, and the Geos have Me!

Not so sure that I want to be in the same guild as Revan AND Stang... >.>
