Since i've suddenly realised the problem with all my previous attempts at original character ideas, their all way too grandiose,
I have come up with an idea for a basis for a character that I -hope- will work. What I'd like to start with is by being part of
a Magnagorian experimental subject. Hopefully this is suitably general enough that the RP flow will be more natural, and there
isn't any 'Immortal mortals' (Yes, Synl and Daem, I apologise, it was stupid.).

So, any takers? please just contact me in any way you see fit.

I have a load of experiments planned for you, if you are Illithoid... Though I am Celestian, it would at least give you some experiments under your belt to put into your roleplay

ok, so a Celestian... problem is, I would want to be able to have somwhat of a future, and being an Illithoid in Celest might not be kosher, as such

Be Illithoid in Magnagora, and meet me on neutral ground for the experimentation, under the watch of a superior if you so chose.

Illithoids are banned from Celest. I hear they make decent psions...

I dunno, I kinda want it to be a powerful starting point for the character... it seems that this is just a random thing you just want to test, without any long term RP implications, and after the experiment itself, there is nothing else, other than to do a 'standard start'

It's Magnagoran not Magnagorian because the city is called Magnagora and not Magnagoria.

That said.. why do we actually use Celestian and not Celestan? At least it makes semi sense because of Celestia.

Hey I offered to help. I'm not going to sculpt your RP for you, I said I could give you a starting point for being experimented on. It is your call. Many of us have been working on our RP for almost 100 years ingame. RP does not happen overnight =/

Well no, I understand what you are saying, but from what I'm hearing from you, its like just bleh, I can't see how it would give anything really. If if where a protracted period of experimentation, wherein, say if it where the Illithoid idea, the soulless part was slowly changed and forced into somthing different, that kind of idea I would see as beneficial to starting the character. I left it general so that people could use it to further their own roleplay but I did have several ideas..
But Thank you for offering, I am glad there are people interested somwhat.

Well who says it wouldn't be prolonged experimentation, and not all the experiments have to be about being Illithoid, I am as open for ideas as anyone. =D

I'd look up Feyrll in the Geomancers or the Nihilists. Also everyone in the d'Murani family is a lot of fun to roleplay with.

Your previous RP was not so much stupid as it was random. If you're going to have something so 'grandoise' for your RP history, you really need to provide a solid IC foundation. If other people can poke numerous holes in your story based on IC-evidence, then your story is simply too random to be believable.
