So, I left Magnagora about two weeks ago to join Serenwilde. I've been in Mag since day 1 of Lusternia, except for that little week and a half spree I spent in Celest last year some time, what a fool I was. I thought it would arrouse my interest in playing the game again, and it kind of has, but I really am not liking Serenwilde. I'm too used to the people, the geography, and the general "RP" of Magnagora. I really want to go back to where my friends are, but would actually feel really bad about abandoning the people who have befriended me in Seren, met some cool people I never even knew existed. Really want to go back, but really dont want to just up and leave after just joining Seren. Bah. What do I do

Give it time. I've felt similar after leaving Celest for Seren for a while and at times was really close to moving back.. but by now, no matter how much I envy the vibration-staff swinging monks there I'm not going back

Seren has its own advantages, it just takes a bit to notice and come to love them.

Personally, I'd say find something to do. Either for yourself to play your character or to help the guild / commune. There's always something.

You've invested a lot of cr into moving to Seren already, I'd not just kick that out of the window again on a whim. Also, Seren isn't really at at war with Magnagora, so if you want to hang out at the Megalith or hunt / whatever with Mags you can. (If it's with an illithoid though make -very- sure I never find out. )

Stay. If it revitalized your interest, stay. You'll find better things. That, or you can make non-stop shedding jokes at Shiri.

I would give it a little bit more shot, but if you wanna go back, then go back. The point of the game is to have fun; if your gunna have more fun in Magnagora, then why not? Also, you don't have to completely abandon Serenwilde - you can remain friends with those people, or somesuch.

I was so excited when you came. It will be sad to see you go, but do what makes you happy. No point in having a sad Kharvik and I am sure we all want you to be happy.

Definitely stay! Train yourself up as a fighter, get into politics, bring me along on hunting trips to drag me to demigod (this is my personal preference), anything else that sounds fun.

I know what you mean, since that's what it feels like a lot of the time if I ever try alts, but since it's your main you'll probably get used to it.

I think you should give it more time, you have been in Mag so long (not that I don't want you to come back. COME BACK!! Who will jumpkick me all the time :|) but you've only been gone for a fraction of that time and probably haven't really become immersed in Seren enough yet. I think if you give it more time and still don't really feel like you're having a ton of fun, move back and try a new guild or something!

wait for mag monks, they're likely to be next. if you still wanna leave then you'll have the huge impulse of newly released mag monks to help urge you there!

Nonsense! Mag is not nearly as much fun as Seren, regardless how cool their monks might be and how weak ours are at the moment...
