A dense core of unknown metal comprises the bulk of this axe, making it heavier than it appears. The
metallic shaft of the weapon appears to be made of a light black metal, however, closer inspection
reveals that it is in reality made of darkened silver. Perhaps the most intriguing aspect of the axe
is the surface of the blade. A liquid-like pale blue substance seems to shift and ripple across the
blade of the weapon, causing it to give off a soft blue light. Odd rune-like patterns appear
occasionally in the substance, dissolving as quickly as they emerge.

The smooth haft of this slender axe is composed of light silver metal, giving this axe great speed
and agility. Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of this axe is that when touched, a tempest of
biting wind rushes from the handle, flowing up the haft and around the curved blades. The wind
chills the metal of the axe so that gloves must be worn when handling it, and causes a fog to mix in
with the fluid lines of the airstreams. The fog flows around the blade, forming eddies and swirls
around small rune-like engravings etched into the blade.
