#1 Estarra had announced that everyone in Lusternia, online or offline, would be receiving 20 bound credits-- at the moment, I've got 0 bound credits and 105 lessons (from being online at the time). There was no message given about receiving the bound credits, either, and I've not actually spent any yet (didn't resolve my auctions).
#2-- I am currently holding both of my artifacts that I bid on, despite not resolving yet (which isn't how this has worked in the past). Want to verify that it is indeed supposed to work like this now (and I'll be resolving in a bit, but I'm still curious about #1. Or did these just decide to eat up the bound credits as payment?)

I got my bound credits, but I was offline.

I got my bound credits very quickly. They disappeared for a while, and then reappeared. I have no explanation for this.

It's what happens when you place a bid. Your bound credits go into the bid, and if you get outbidded, they come back.

if you're replying to Sojiro, then yes, that's how they've always worked. The only difference now is that apparently, winners have gotten their artifacts right away rather than having to resolve their auctions first.
