Not sure where to put this, but this seems to make the most sense. Something is wrong with my Zmud connection to Lusternia and I haven't a clue what to do about it.
Zmud opens just fine and I can connect to all the other MUDs but every time I click lusternia, the door icon or one I made, the top bar shows up...and the text bar on the bottom shows up...but no screen. When I open up classes...in the VALUE box..it's all solid black.
I'm so confused and frustrated.
For some reason earlier today during a Wargames...things just went goofy. Any macros that had more than 2 commands made ZMUD lag really bad for a few seconds. Any single commands worked just fine...but if they were stacked things slowed down. Afterwards I closed ZMUD and a little box popped up with stuff I didn't understand. Some sort of error message that I can't get it to show me again. Now it is doing what I described.
I've tried reinstalling ZMUD, no luck.
Help? I'm not terribly computer literate and I've spent around 300 dollars on Lusternia and I really enjoy it...if someone knows whats going on or has suggestions I'd love you forever.

Hello! First things first. Deep breaths. ZMUD is a pain.
Second, I know you said you tried to reinstall ZMUD but that may not help because the software leaves behind a lot of information about the MUDs you've played, including various settings and what not.
What I suggest you do is create a whole new Lusternia Icon in your main ZMUD directory. You will very likely not have access to your system but that is easy enough to copy over.
What you want to do to create a new icon is go to the main ZMUD directory. Click on "new" then in the list on the left side track down Lusternia and then click "save". If that doesn't work for you then in the top of the main screen after clicking "new" where it says "Host:" you want to type in www.lusternia.com and where it says "Port:" you want to use the number 23. Then click "save" and try logging in that way.
If that does or doesn't work out for you reply and let me know. We'll go from there to try something else or transfer your system over.

okay yeah I made an entirely new ZMUD. Fixed the problem...now to redo my entire system. Exciting!
