Soo I recently received a bag from the US but it was the wrong colour... and getting it exchanged is going to be a hassle with all that exportation and brokerage fees and crap. Therefore I'm deciding whether I should just keep it or if it is worth the trouble to go through. Which one of these colours is more appealing?

Fatigue

Cadet Blue

I won't reveal which colour I wanted yet to prevent influencing your answer. Usually I don't make such random personal polls like this, but it's more of a dilemma for me than you can imagine... *dies*

You don't need to reply, a simple vote in the poll will do, and it'll help me make up my mind (but if you really do have something to say or advise then go ahead!). Thanks muchly smile.gif

Note: The actual colours are actually slightly darker I believe, so you can take that into account too.

Dull and dark colours are always good. If, rarely I understand, they clash with another colour, it's hard to notice. That, and blue will be noticed if you are hiding in the woods.

So, I say fatigue colour.

"Fatigue"? "Cadet"? What the hell happened to "steel blue" and "brown-beige?" Do those people think using random military-sounding words makes their product look cool?

I say fatigue since it looks like stains would stand out really well on the cadet blue.

Blue is easier to match than brown most days. Blue rules out dark orange and not much else.

But, really, I don't know if it's such a big difference that I'd bother with returning and reordering, no matter what I got.

Thank you for all the tips so far! It's really more than what I had expected smile.gif

So what I had originally ordered was the 'hedge-brown', but I got 'steel blue' instead (tongue.gif). I was just really anticipating the order since the design isn't available, or at least very difficult to find, in Canada, and I thought the brownish colour stood out more than blue (it's actually a fairly dark blue in actuality). Exchanging the bag would probably mean 2 weeks wait, lots of paperwork and dealing with UPS, and being on the phone with customer service (they have stated they will reimburse all costs though). But I will still think on this... I'm the kind of person who believes that most things happen for a reason, so maybe this mishap was meant to be laugh.gif Keep those votes coming, they've been very useful!

Edit: Ooh how interesting, a while ago Fatigue was winning by a long shot but Cadet Blue is almost on equal grounds now... very neat how statistics change!

You're lucky Toronto is hell to get into. You should be smacked for ordering a backpack from the States. tongue.gif

Psh, it's behind your back where you'll never see it, noob.

EDIT: Unless you walk into a hall of mirrors, then you're screwed.

That blue is pretty girly.

I'm more a blue person than a brown/green person... That being said, my current backpack is black and greyish green, but it's one of the ones with a protected laptop section. Had to go with utility over aesthetics when I chose it.
