Alright, this is pretty shameless, but I know you'll all thank me.
Pushing Daisies is a new show on ABC, and probably, in my opinion, easily the best show since Arrested Development. (Jack, you should appreciate this, I see your avatar!). In summary, it's a show about a guy, Ned who can touch dead things and bring them back to life. He and his business partner Emerson (Chi McBride) use this ability to bring back murder victims to life and ask them who killed them. Ned is a pie maker, who works in a small pieshop (the Pie Hole) that's staffed by him, and a ditzy, blonde, adorable waitress, Olive Snook (Kristin Chenoweth). It's an incredible series, I enjoyed myself immensely while watching it. Maybe it was the pot, but it has been SO good that I started to actually get a little nervous that not enough people would realize its amazingness, and it would be cancelled.
This is a show (like ArrDev) that you really, REALLY should watch from the very beginning. The episodes are available on ABC.com, and I'd be happy to teach anyone how to use bittorrent to download this show (with, of course, the express promise that they download this show and watch it immediately).
It's a somewhat-dark comedy, it's really like a fairy tale, lots of bright colors. It's QUICK, they don't give you too much room to laugh, and (like ArrDev) it makes jokes that reference things that happened in earlier episodes.
A great example of its style, IMO, is the following interaction:
Emerson: Sounds like you're a narcoleptic.
Ned: I suffer from sudden and uncontrollable attacks of deep sleep?
Emerson: What's the other one?
Ned: Necrophiliac.
Emerson: Words that sound alike get mixed up in my head.
Olive: Me, too. I used to think "masturbation" meant chewing your food. (awkward silence) I don't think that anymore.
She says masturbation on TV. EVERYONE LOVES MASTURBATION.
Watch the show.

I watched it and it is really good. The plot is very unique. Doesn't top Grey's Anatomy though.

Pushing Daisies reminds me a lot of Big Fish. That's a good thing.

I completely agree. I was really excited when I saw the trailers for this in the theatre (Day Break also did this, was really good, and ended up internet only) but then forgot about it until it appeared on ABC.com.
I'm also kinda nervous about it since it only has 3 commercials compared to the 78 on shows like Grey's and Housewives. So watch this on the official website if you can manage it at all.
