places one each in Laysus's and your hands.

Lisaera, the Shining Mother cups Her hands together, covering one with the
other, until a small blue flame begins to glow within.

Lisaera, the Shining Mother opens Her hands wide, and the flame splits in two,
floating to light the candles with a soft glow.

Lisaera, the Shining Mother smiles and says, "Be as light to each other's eyes."

Lisaera, the Shining Mother takes a small bowl filled with scented twigs, and
places it before the couple's feet.

High Priest Laysus L'Eternae, Bearer of the Silver Chalice holds his candle in
his left hand, and reaches out with his right to link arms with Iola.

Iola and Laysus move their arms forward to light the torch, which flickers into life as

the candles' flames lick against it.

Lisaera smiles softly.

Lisaera, the Shining Mother says, "Catch the wind within to sweep all doubt, all
pain, all fear."

High Priest Laysus L'Eternae, Bearer of the Silver Chalice leans in to gently
blow out the candle in Iola's hand.

Lisaera, the Shining Mother bends and scoops up a handful of fine earth, pouring
half into Laysus's hands, then the other half into yours.

Lisaera, the Shining Mother says, "Give of the richness of the earth, one to
another."

Iola raises her hand to the sky and releases the sand, which spills down all around them

like rain.

High Priest Laysus L'Eternae, Bearer of the Silver Chalice smiles, flinging the
sand up into the air to release the sand similarly.

Lisaera's mouth turns up as Her face breaks into a smile.

Lisaera reaches into the ether and pulls out a silver chalice wreathed in
ethereal vines.

Lisaera begins to wield a silver chalice wreathed in ethereal vines in Her right
hand.

Lisaera, the Shining Mother sings a soft note, and clear crystal water suddenly
wells up within the chalice, gleaming in the soft light.

Lisaera, the Shining Mother takes a sip from the chalice, then hands it to Iola.

Iola takes a sip from the chalice, eyes closed reverently.

head as he sips from the chalice.

Iola takes the chalice and lifts it to Laysus's lips, smiling happily.

eyes as he drinks from the chalice, smiling still.

other's souls."

Lisaera, the Shining Mother swings the chalice in a wide arc over Laysus and
you, sprinkling the water over them in glistening drops.

Lisaera, the Shining Mother says, "As the sun and the moon circle the waters, as
the waters circle the lands, as the lands circle the body of the world, so
surround and sustain each other. Be all things within your love."

High Priest Laysus L'Eternae, Bearer of the Silver Chalice wraps his unlinked
arm around Iola, bringing her close to him and holding her tight.

You reach out to tenderly cup Laysus's cheek in your hand.

Lisaera, the Shining Mother smiles and says, "Do you have words to speak to one
another?"

You say to Lisaera, "Yes, my Lady."

Laysus nods his head emphatically.

Gazing into Laysus's eyes, you say, "I never thought that I would find a person
that I could love as dearly as I love the Moon - or as fiercely as I love the
forest - or as eternally as I love our Lady - and every day I wake with you is a
blessing that I never thought I could possibly deserve to receive. Now that I
have it - now that I have you - I shall love you as surely as the silver light
shines, and nothing shall ever take me away from you."


Smiling happily at Iola, High Priest Laysus L'Eternae, Bearer of the Silver
Chalice says, "As many people know, I'm generally not seen as a nice person. In
fact, I know a lot of people don't like me because of what I feel I must do for
my family, my commune, my coven, and the Lady. Sometimes, it makes me stop, and
I myself think that I am not a good person, that I sacrifice too much for that
which I am loyal to. Iola - you make that all wash away, as noone who is
credited with the wrong, with the unpleasantness, with the wrongdoing that I
sometimes seem to be credited with, could ever be blessed with such a vision as
you. You make me feel renewed - I might even go out on a limb and say young
again - and I look on you and the world seems brighter. You're a wonderful
person - devoted, dedicated, wise, and beautiful, and I feel as if Mother Moon
Herself must hold my actions in highest regard that She has blessed my life with
you."

Lisaera, the Shining Mother says, "May you kindle fire and never be burned by
it. May the air never send storms across your path. May your path across the
earth be a soft one, and the water of your tears always taste sweet with joy.
Let your chosen love you only, and love your chosen in return. Blessings of the
Moon for all your lives. Blessings from Myself, My children."

Lisaera, the Shining Mother tilts the empty chalice over the torch, and the
flame of the torch flows like water over the couple, surrounding them with an
ethereal light.

Lisaera's mouth turns up as Her face breaks into a smile.

Lisaera, the Shining Mother bends to kiss you on the forehead.

Lisaera reaches over and ruffles Laysus's hair fondly.
