Actually, the leg stumble isn't on the DMP report at all, which is the main issue in this log. It's not really a DMP issue.

It's supposed to work like wind. Sort of like that breaknose stun is supposed to be bonecrusher breaknose (which doesn't stun you for ridiculous amounts of time). It has been brought up numerous times, bugged, and whatever else you can imagine to draw immediate attention to it. So yeah, I'm not sure what else we're supposed to do to get this fixed.

Be granted a hat of +1 envoy slots to ask for changes?

It would be more slots on the report actually in the long run... but yeah thats also ALOT more work than you would think. I am open to it though!
