Subj: Artifact Gifts

There are some new artifact options for players who want to give gifts
to others, which will allow you to buy an artifact permanently for this
person:

BUY AS GIFT FOR

Whenever you choose to buy an artifact as a gift, it will be wrapped
expertly for delivery. You may choose to hand-deliver this present, or
have it delivered for you. In either case, a personal notecard will be
included with your gift, along with your name. If you choose not to
inscribe a personal message, a generic message will be included wishing
the recipient well.

If you choose to have it delivered, it will be taken by the shop clerk
and ferried through the aether to arrive in the hands of your recipient
much like a letter in the mail, but the arrival will be heralded with
some amount of fanfare.

Note that artifact gifts can only be purchased using UNBOUND credits,
which is different from normal artifacts, which are only purchased with
bound credits.

Just one question, why don't enchantment runes/artifacts show up in the artifact list?

I'm guessing this is an oversight/bug, so I'd BUG it.

They do! Well... It shows the item they're attached to, then you can just PROBE the item, I guess.

wierd... yeah all my jewlery is runed so it doesn't decay.

@forren: I posted for the announce post, the rest was just conversation starter, and I thought perhaps there was a reason.
