Forging- Where are the Gauntlets and Boots?

Perhaps I am the only one here who feels that this is a worthy addition to the forging craft, but I am saddened that as a smith I am unable to create metal gauntlets or boots. I for one feel somewhat incomplete when I march into battle with my suit of illuminated earthen platemail and fashioning some plain leather boots and gloves. If it was possible to simply create gauntlets and boots and perhaps just give a small bit of extra protection I think it would be worth the effort. Help make our warriors complete!

I assume that the gauntlets are included with the cuirass (like the pauldrons), and there are boots in tailoring.

a pair of heavy, iron-shod boots

These plain leather boots are apparently designed for a warrior. The
boot fits the foot a bit snugly and the neck of the boot travels up the
leg about four inches from the foot. The leather has been stiffened a
bit, so while not inflexible, it takes a little while to break in well.
An iron plate has been wrapped and studded into the thick sole of the
boot, covering the toes and wrapping around to protect the heel as well.
Leather draw strings help adjust how tight the boot is, and a bit of
cloth around the mouth of the neck helps prevent chafing. Some cloth
padding has been provided on the inside of the boot to help relieve some
stress from walking.

But I know what you mean. Been thinking about designing some plate boots and some gauntlet type things for a little while.

The gauntlets are not included in the suit as we are still able to wear gloves. And while there are metalic boot designs in tailoring I for one think it would be a worthy addition to allow the Warrior smiths the freedom from the tailoring cartels in creating their own designs. Another thing is the amount of time it takes for boots and gloved to wear out compared to my plate. It again makes me feel a bit miss matched.
