On average I do about 25% of max hp. A little more sometimes a little less depending on the targets skill in magic. Thats also not normal damage since I have a 10% magic damage artie as well. Have no problem with it being toned down, but it's not like bards have another viable kill method besides damage. That instakill is such a joke.

Edit: Can always remove the stun time from earwort. but I'm sure someone has already thought of that

Yeah, thats what I tell people to do, but apparently most people prefer eating earwort as fast as they can, then bitching about how their eating earwort benefits me more then them.

That explains why the damage was so intense then, magic damage artifact really adds up. Plus with the new DMP...yeah magic resistance from guardians is as weak as cloth.

Yeah, you need a button or something to eat earwort, rather than triggering it. Still pretty insane damage, though. It needs to be toned down a bit, I think, but not grind it to the ground. It's still the main kill method of a Bard. I only have like 3.3k health. I can survive Minor Second around 3 times, sipping, reading, and eating sparkles. But just barely. The third one might kill me, actually.

That's at level 78. I also usually have a life blessing, which really adds onto that. But I'm not sure how necessary a blessing should be.

It doesn't matter what archetype Lyco is. He is one of those players who can spank people with any archetype after 1 week of figuring out how the archetype works

Well... the damage was pretty consistently high... so that last hit wasn't the only one.

I had the same problems fighting Xiel tonight. I'd post my logs, but you'd all just laugh at me like usual. No really, they are sad and my alias' for Tarot was just getting done tonight.

Would it help at all if you gusted them into another room to right there?

If you look back at the log the first time he got blanknoted there was actually on stun. Stun i've noticed is really buggy. I'm having a hard time to trying to figure exactly how it's not working on some things on occasions only, but all I've come up with is chance for mos of it. Anyways, you guys should try to replicate that because that first blanknote did not stun Talkan.

Size factors not only into the length of stun, but the chance of avoiding stun entirely, it seems.
