Just because the best guild is in X doesnt make it automatically win question two since its possible that while it may not have that best guild it has the best variety.

Entirely meant to get opinions and an order of prefered guilds.

Not a you are so OP thread.

As it stands, Thatetso are just unstoppable. Makes me sad.

They are? I'm doing something wrong... wink.gif

EDIT: After seeing the poll results... I wonder if politics are going to change soon?

Celest best combat city no doubt.
Shamarah2007-12-30 02:59:41
It's funny that some people STILL think Celestines are the best class.
Malarious2007-12-30 03:25:24
It appears Nihilists are just that nasty. happy.gif

And don't need buffs!
Unknown2007-12-30 03:27:37
Who is voting Nihilist?
Acrune2007-12-30 03:28:57
Excellent, time to envoy some Nihilist nerfs, since they're apparently really OP pureevil.gif
Shiri2007-12-30 03:29:12
Yep. Definitely not in need of being made any more powerful. Unsurprisingly, Serenwilde hits the bottom, but oh well.
Unknown2007-12-30 03:29:20
I went with Tahtetso because the off-balance thing is nasty.

That said, I think Shofangi's ability to kill anyone eventually should be given some consideration.

Spiritsingers/Cacophony need to be redone to be less reliant on boring tactics (sleep/hunger) sad.gif

Gimmicks aside, I believe Shadowdancers and Blacktalon are considered among the most powerful classes. So Glomdoring gets all-around most useful guilds.
Shiri2007-12-30 03:34:24
There are other classes that can kill everyone eventually, keep in mind, and Shofangi's is more avoidable than any of those (avoid getting head wounds too high.) It's bad skill design, but it's not a problem compared to long-term sleep and hunger tactics, both of which are more "win eventually" than crunch. And other than that stuff, Shofangi is poor. It doesn't deserve consideration.

Looks like Nihilists are rockin, I almost regret leaving when they are finally great at combat.
Unknown2007-12-30 04:03:25
Where are the Cantors!?

Acrune, you need to go on some 1-hit KO rampages again whip.gif

Eh, lazy. And besides, the idea is to lay low so everyone forgets about us for a while tongue.gif

Yes. Acrune's learnt his lessons with the gorgogs. don-t_mention.gif
Acrune2007-12-30 04:11:57
Yeah, I fought one for 3 hours and later found out it was just toying with me. It was really humbling losewings.gif
Malarious2007-12-30 04:13:39

problem with that is omg i have a platter -eat platter- oh look i just stopped your strategy that you've been trying for the last 3 hours.
Shiri2007-12-30 04:49:06
No, it actually doesn't do that. It only takes a couple minutes to get someone starving. You probably haven't timed it, but it's probably more like 60-90 platters per 3 hours of fighting in practice. Especially on small people.
