This is a laundry list of ways of making statistics more relevant for Stealth monks and encouraging some races more (Because I'm miffed at the idea of Krokani being a good race for stealth monks, even though they do fit the bill for harmony monks.)

1. Sneak and emerge's balance time scale up with size.
2. The balance time for scaling rooftops scales up with size.
3. The power cost of Veil scales upwards from five for sizes greater than 13.
4. Dexterity affects the balance times for Aim and Obscure. Dexterities lower than 12 have a chance of "botching" obscure, causing it to have no effect.
5. Intelligence affects the speed of Ghostwalk.
6. Intelligence and Dexterity affect the decay time of masks.
7. The duration of Deepcover scales up with Intelligence.
8. The duration of Rushing scales up with Dexterity.
9. Dexterity affects the damage reduction from Bracing.

I concur that bulky Krokani shouldn't be one of the best races for Ninjakari monks.

I'm not sure about those changes though - if it scales heavily we might end up with Aslaran ninjas all over the place.

I think Krokani have too much dex.

Seems there is a misconception with believing a ninja must be lithe, skinny, small, or whatnot. Besides, who said we are ninja?

A seven-foot-four guy that weighs three-hundred and something pounds is not going to be as good at being stealthy as, say, a four-foot fairy person. Imagine a krokani trying to duck into the shadow of a doorway.

I do like how a Ninjakari is a member of the Ninjakari who practices the skill of Ninjakari.

Well a Geomancer is a member of the Geomancers who practices Geomancy.

Or maybe we should just call ourselves ninjas!
