Try asking Vathael, he's an artisan. He can surely give you a name of a trademaster if he isn't one himself.

Now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure Crylia is an artisan trademistress.

If you're looking for names you could always do CARTELS ARTISAN and ask the trademasters who seem to be active directly.
