When is the deadline for submitting a design for the beauty seal contest?

Bumping this because I have a similar-ish question...

I messaged the Charites earlier today with a design entry, but the design is still in the 'SUBMIT' phase. If 11 o'clock comes around and it hasn't been approved yet, will the entry still be counted in the contest? I submitted the design over a day ago and the deadline is fast approaching

Last year any submissions made just before the contest didn't go through. As long as the submission would normally go through it should be fine I believe. The charites will be able to see the submission just like any other pending design.
