The blade of this athame is made of icy crystal, and is long and slightly jagged as if naturally formed, though the edges are sharp as shattered glass. Fine veins of onyx run through the crystal, strikingly dark against its flawless clarity, and the blade shimmers with a pale lustre, as if imbued with pure moonlight. The hilt of the athame is wrought of etched silver, and the grip is of dark leather, soft and supple to the touch. The pommel is also of silver, and is carved with two curving crescents on either side of a circle, symbolising the three aspects of the moon. Upon the gracefully curved cross-guard of the athame, mystic runes glow with blue fire, radiating a subtle yet potent power.

Crafted from purest crystal tinged with a subtle sky-blue hue, the blade of this athame resembles an artful fusion of broken shards, its jagged edges converging towards the tip with deadly purpose. Seamless bands of onyx fan gracefully down along its glassy length, the lines of ebony a stark contrast to the immaculate crystal; cryptic runes have been etched in flowing script upon the bands of midnight black, the ciphers awash with an ethereal sapphire glow. The hilt, sculpted from sterling silver, is snugly bound with strips of cured black leather, creating a better and more comfortable grip for the wielder. Wreathed in flowering vines fashioned from delicate silver filigree, the crossguard curves gently inwards towards the blade, echoing the arc of a crescent moon. Atop the hilt, a spherical pommel of clear crystal encompasses an exquisitely-detailed pixie wrought from glass, forever caught in the act of sprinkling sparkling sleepdust.
