No - apparently they puissanced beforehand and all used crush or lunge, and Sybl got the behead while I was prone.
In the fight after that, I escaped it and ended up with 14,652 (no exaggeration) wounds on my head. Ouch!

It happens. I have had it done to me with bashbrains before. Anytime you have enough wounding people in a room, if they communicate enough with each other to hit the same limb, you are going to end up with the worst affliction that limb can get in a round or two.

My dear boy I've been using that ever since precision was first added. I used to have a macro that would would alert everyone to the fact that my target had high headwounds, and it'd be over just as quickly.
New my ass, and on another note if you get 4 psionics players to all drain ego at the same time you can kill people even quicker, same with mana and absolve.
