I drew this for the artisanal last month, but I submitted the last bits of the saga I'm working on. Yes, I'm still working on the saga.

What do you all think? Its a close up of the Glomdoring Ravenwood Tree, with a shadowdancer nearby. I used pen and ink, pencil, colored pencil, a black crayon, a blue crayon, and a white crayon, as well as some water to create the bumpy ground (I wet the paper first and then let it dry for the rippling affect).

I love it! It's beautiful. I like the 'bumpy' effect too!

Work on the face and hair a bit maybe...otherwise, it looks like at the very least a runner-up.

It scares me.

I would agree with the suggestion to work on the face a little, but you've got a great start with the environment. Very mysterious and moody, and the movement of her clothes gives it an almost surreal effect.

I love the effect of the image as well as the setting, the shading you used is also extremely beautiful. Apart from the face as they say, the hair and other parts of the fits the rest of the image perfectly. If anyone has ever been in glomdoring I they you know exactly what this image entails.
