You need more detail in your works, they are always so vague. Are you a furless loboshigaru >.>, is that a sleeve, or a really distorted wrist? (Sleeve and fur/skin are the same colour, maybe a variation in shading to distinguish material from person, or a slight difference in colours to make the distinction.) The head needs to be tilted a bit as well if you want the far ear to show like that >>

I DO however love the work in the hand and the eye. Even if the angle of the hand doesn't quite match the angle of the arm. Your use of colours is pretty too. I can't do hands even a quarter so well, and I always struggle with eyes.

I can't offer any advice, I guess, but I can tell you to keep drawing! tongue.gif It looks like you're really improving.

She is not really holding it up to herself, but some other behind her - showing it. And the fur is - well, she has extremely silken/soft/short fur, so I tried not to bring too much hair into it - but yes, thank you! I do need more detail - I seem undecided if I want to make the one thing (in this case the pendant) stand out and use the other things as only the background - and/or making it a full painting.

Here's a couple of tutorials I found useful in this drawing:

Gem tutorial.
Opal tutorial.

Used the opal tutorial for the eyes and bauble, the gem for the cat...might help you out with doing jewelry in general, though I know you use a different program, you could probably find similar ways to do the same thing.

Silken fur just means you make it shinier and smoother, but there needs to be something there before you can make it shiny and smooth tongue.gif

Here's an example of that!

I adore the vibe of your picture. It looks like you're using something similar to Photoshop or Painter, maybe open Canvas? Either way, I was about to suggest that you trace over your finished pieces with a darker 3 px paintbrush, to give it a more solid look, but somehow I feel it'd cause your pictures to lose that dream-like feel.

The sunset (sunrise?) is gorgeous. wub.gif

Eww eww eww eww eww noooooo. If anything, she should use the smudge tool less (as it looks like she's gradually doing anyway!) and actually paint out each color, and/or add more defined light sources. But no lines, cartoons are bad! >:(

Edit: Although, come to think of it, it already has lines. Guess I didn't notice. >_>

Hands are pretty difficult to sketch. I'm impressed!

Not really something you can change right now, but you could still keep in mind next time: you should probably plan out your composition a bit more. The way your picture is set up it looks cropped, as if you had a much bigger drawing planned but decided to keep only a fourth of it. So while we can assume that the hand belongs to the wolf, there still isn't something to lead the eye between the two, so it looks disembodied.

Other than that, it's rather nice. Painting could be a little more focused, but that could be just my own preference.
