I need to get a dragon turtle - description from somewhere and install wings to that helmet of Terentia... It is quite empty as well.
Shadings and such are not right yet, pretty much a raw version.

I think that dragon turtles are a little more gold. You might want to make the sand gold, too, because it's on the Isle of light. The drawing seems to be a little bland right now. It needs something else to make it sing. Maybe you could add dolphins playing in the background, or something in the sky. You could also add more details to Lady Terentia to make her look more like Terentia. It a great start, but it's still missing something.

you need to have a bolt of lightning in the distance zapping a random mag too

EDIT: and yes, I believe dragon turtles have gold shells
