I try to log in, and it says my password is wrong when I know I am putting it in correctly. This has happened on all three of my characters.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Well, it's letting me log onto the site, so it's not my password. ARGH this makes me mad.

Often, the Admin my be checking for fraud/glitch/cheating or whatever ( Not saying you did)

Once, all mine were frozen because I bought credits, and my wife contested the charges, cause she needed cigarette money

Weird. I haven't bought credits or anything of the sort recently, but, thanks for the heads up

Edit: If that IS the case, it'd be nice to know that I was under investigation or something. It also seems odd I can't make new characters. It's almost like an IP ban, but I can get on Lusternia on Zmud, nothing happens though.

If it's happening on all your characters, are you sure you don't have a timer, alarm, trigger, etc. taking effect?

What do you mean?

Try a different client, like Nexus. You may have something inputting something other than a password at that point.

I've used both.

On Zmud it says "Incorrect Password."

and On Nexus it says "Login incorrect or not permitted."

Okay, so it seems like zMud is putting in the wrong thing, and Nexus is saying "Too many wrong passwords, your account is locked out"?

no, Nexus's message is the "Password incorrect" message, basically.

Yeah, if your IP or account is locked, it does that, even tried to use one on another email, no go

meh, thought sleeping on it would help. Didn't get a reply from them or anything

I may roll my IP if I don't get a reply from support.
